Peter Kingston

Peter Kingston is a PhD candidate at the Georgia Robotics and Intelligent Systems (GRITS) Laboratory in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, advised by Dr. Magnus Egerstedt. His research interests include optimal and networked control, with applications to teams of autonomous vehicles, energy networks, and interconnected mechanical systems.

Peter originally hails from Cranford, NJ. He received his A.B. in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Dartmouth's Thayer School of Engineering in 2007. He has worked for The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation; Mercedes-Benz USA; and IBM Microelectronics. In his free time, Peter enjoys sailing, skiing, and hiking.
